Videographer
FarmingWatch is looking for a videographer with a sharp eye for documentary-style storytelling. You'll be out in the field — literally — capturing the real, gritty, beautiful side of agricultural life. This isn't studio work. We want footage that feels authentic and moves people.
What you'll do
- Film on-farm content including day-in-the-life, equipment, harvests, and interviews
- Capture b-roll and primary footage across a range of agricultural settings
- Collaborate with our editing team to deliver organised, well-labelled footage
- Bring creative input on shot composition, angles, and storytelling approach
What we're looking for
- At least 1–2 years of videography experience (professional or freelance)
- A strong portfolio showing outdoor or documentary-style work
- Comfortable working independently in rural/outdoor environments
- Your own reliable camera kit (DSLR, mirrorless, or equivalent)
- Bonus: experience with agricultural, rural, or lifestyle content
Video Editor
We produce a steady stream of content across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — and we need an editor who can turn raw farm footage into polished, engaging videos that keep people watching. If you're fast, consistent, and have a feel for pacing and music, this retainer role could be a great fit.
What you'll do
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–25 min) from rough cuts to publish-ready
- Cut short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok from existing footage
- Add captions, graphics, colour grading, and sound design as needed
- Work to agreed turnaround times on a monthly content calendar
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- A portfolio of edited YouTube and/or short-form social content
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audio-visual balance
- Reliable, organised, and able to hit deadlines without hand-holding
- Bonus: experience editing agricultural, lifestyle, or outdoor content
Social Media Manager
FarmingWatch has a growing presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X — and we need someone who can manage it all with a consistent voice and a strategy behind every post. You'll be the person keeping our community engaged and our accounts growing.
What you'll do
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all FarmingWatch social channels
- Write captions, hooks, and copy that match our brand voice
- Engage with the community — respond to comments and DMs promptly
- Track performance metrics and share monthly reports with the team
- Identify trends and opportunities to grow reach and engagement
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years managing social accounts for a brand, creator, or agency
- Strong writing and copywriting skills with an ear for authentic voice
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube growth
- Comfortable using scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar)
- Bonus: a genuine interest in farming, rural life, or agricultural topics

We're a lean, fast-moving global agriculture media and marketing agency offering media production, digital marketing, and audience/influencer marketing for ag brands.
What you'll do
- Research and build targeted lead lists across agribusiness categories — equipment manufacturers, seed and chemical companies, ag tech, dealerships, and farmer-inventors
- Run personalized outreach to start and qualify conversations with prospects
- Pitch FarmingWatch's services and gradually own the full sales cycle, from lead to close

- Familiarity with social media marketing, video production, influencer marketing, or digital advertising
- Startup or small-team experience
- Willingness to explore part-time, contract, or flexible arrangements as the role grows
Compensation
- This role is currently structured as commission-only
